This is why the sub-title of this book is “For the real SHE woman”. It is written for the real women that have natural female organs from birth. I believe the contents will enlighten the readers and make the stories of their reproductive lives, beautifully, and positively written. My inspiration to write this book, was also through the realization of the urgent need to save the girls that don’t have early sexuality information. Some parents and other caregivers have failed in this area. Teaching sex education is regarded as a taboo by many in the society, this gap has exposed many girl children to abuse. There is also a culture of silence; girls that were abused have lived with the terrible experience for life. Their self-image and views on life, particularly, relationships, have also been jeopardized. The female sex organs are very essential for procreation, abuses and mistakes are injurious to the future of girls. The information in this diary should also help to inform in this area. Male sex organs are not less important, but the female body must be enabling, and healthy to carry the baby to the end of pregnancy. Women are co-creators with the Almighty God, in partnership with men. The female genitals are also more complicated than the male genitals, and delicate to be careless about; female sexuality awareness is essential to be given early to preserve the sanctity and sanity of girls.The language and use of words in the diary are simple enough for the understanding of lay girls and women. If while reading, there are some confusing issues, or if the reader wishes to know more, she should be free to ask the medical experts, or search medical books, and the internet.
